Clinical Confidence Masterclass for Recent Graduate Chiropractors: Build Trust, Sharpen your Skills, Finally Feel Confident in the Room

Saturday 4th October 2025

Chislehurst Chiropractic Clinic, Bromley, UK

9am-5pm

This Isn’t What You Signed Up For…

You worked hard to become a chiropractor. But now that you’re in practice, things feel… harder than expected.

You second-guess yourself… You worry patients don’t trust you… You hesitate when recommending care – afraid of sounding sales-y, or like “one of those chiropractors”…
And deep down, you wonder if you’re really helping as much as you could.

You’re not alone. Almost every new graduate feels this way.

But here’s the truth: If practice feels overwhelming now, it won’t magically get easier with time. Confidence doesn’t just come from experience. It comes from learning how to connect with patients – ethically, clearly, and without second-guessing yourself…
And from knowing exactly when and where to adjust, with calm, competent hands.

That’s why we put this event together – to help you enjoy practice again, and feel like the chiropractor you trained so hard to become.

What You’ll Walk Away With

This isn’t a day of theory or recycled scripts. It’s a practical, hands-on training that gives you tools you can use straight away – both in how you connect with your patients, and how you care for them too.

Part 1: Clarity in the Conversation

With Dr Chris Chippendale

  • Shift from second-guessing to self-assured, patient-centred communication
  • Build trust without pressure, scripts, or scare tactics
  • Create real connection from the very first conversation
  • Demonstrate your expertise clearly (and without arrogance) during the initial history and examination
  • Handle uncertainty and hesitation with calm, honest dialogue

Part 2: Precision in the Adjustment

With Dr. Jason Gould

  • Walk away knowing not just how to adjust, but when to hold back, when to go in, and how to read the moment
  • Learn to assess and adjust the cervical spine and upper limb with more skill and certainty
  • Refine your hand placement, patient positioning, and body mechanics so your adjustments feel clean, safe, and effective
  • Practise in small group settings with real-time feedback and support
  • Spot issues others miss—especially in areas new grads often avoid

Why This Seminar Is Different

Most CPD events throw information at you. Some try to mould you into a clone of the speaker. Very few are built around you – your challenges, your practice style, your growth.

This day is different:

  • It’s designed exclusively for new graduate chiropractors – You won’t be trying to apply techniques meant for people 10 years ahead of you.
  • It’s limited places and not some big lecture hall – so you get personal feedback, not just passive note-taking.
  • You’ll be guided by two experienced mentors who practise differently… but share the same values. You’ll get two perspectives – not conflicting, but complementary – so you can figure out what fits your style.
  • You’ll leave with clearer thinking, calmer hands, and a stronger sense of who you are as a chiropractor – not who someone else wants you to be.

Associate-centred. Not dogma-driven.

Feedback from past events:

You Shouldn’t Have to Wait Years to Feel Like a Chiropractor!

If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or like you’re faking it in clinic… you’re not broken. You’re just early in your journey.

But confidence doesn’t automatically come with experience. The longer you feel like an imposter, the harder it gets to unlearn the habits that come with it. Many chiropractors start second-guessing their recommendations, over-explaining everything, or under-treating to avoid rejection. And after a while, those patterns stick. Believe it or not, we’ve met DC’s who still feel like frauds after 10, 20, or even 30 years in practice!

You don’t have to go down that road.

You deserve to enjoy practice – to walk into the room calm and grounded, to feel trusted by your patients, and to know that what you’re doing makes a difference. That’s what this day is about: helping you build the clinical clarity and confidence in your communication that makes practice feel like it should.

The day runs from 9am to 5:30pm, with a mix of small group breakout sessions, hands-on coaching, and real-time feedback (not lectures!). Lunch is provided, and places are strictly limited to 20 tickets so everyone gets time, space, and support.

The early bird rate of £247 ends Friday 20th June. After that, it’s £275 – if there are any places left.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start enjoying practice, we’d love to have you with us.
