The Evolution of Chiropractic

Why This Event is Different
If you’ve ever felt frustrated that patients drop out too soon, don’t listen to advice, or fail to see results despite your best efforts—this seminar is designed for you.
This isn’t just another theory-heavy event. Over two full days, you’ll learn how to combine the best of traditional chiropractic techniques with modern, evidence-based approaches in communication and nutrition. By uniting these three elements into a seamless, patient-centred system, you’ll gain the tools to achieve better outcomes for your patients while enhancing your confidence and satisfaction in practice.
Together, we’ll tackle the three biggest barriers that hold patients back from getting better:

This seminar bridges the gap between excellent clinical skills and genuine patient connection. You’ll leave with practical tools that you can implement on Monday morning in your clinic to create better outcomes, retain more patients, and even generate new referrals.
What You’ll Learn
Deliver Adjustments Patients Can Feel

Aidan Robinson (Enchiridion Chiropractic Training) will guide you through small-group workshops to refine your adjusting skills. You’ll master how to:
Break the Healing Barrier with Nutrition

Simon Billings (Academy of Chiropractic Nutrition) will teach you how to address the nutritional factors that impact healing. You’ll learn how to:
Build Patient Engagement and Retention

Chris Chippendale (Patient Centred Training) will show you how to connect with patients on a deeper level to inspire lasting change. You’ll learn how to:
What Makes This Event Unique?
Integrated Expertise Across all Presenters

Unlike other seminars where speakers present disconnected topics, we’ve all trained together extensively. This means the workshops build on each other, with content that’s cohesive and designed to solve real-world challenges. You’ll see how functional nutritional strategies make your adjustments more effective, how precise adjustments deliver results patients can feel and trust, and how advanced communication frameworks empower patients to improve their lifestyle choices and get the most from your care.
A “3-in-1” Event with Small Group Workshops

Throughout the weekend you’ll rotate through all 3 workshops in smaller groups, which will be running simultaneously. This ensures you’ll get personalized guidance and plenty of hands-on practice. This isn’t a crowded lecture hall—you’ll have direct access to all the presenters and opportunities to refine your skills in a focused setting.
A Comprehensive Approach to Chiropractic Success

This seminar addresses all aspects of patient care:
- Physical Input: Advanced adjusting skills to restore function.
- Chemical Input: Functional Medicine strategies to promote healing.
- Emotional Input: Communication techniques to build trust and reduce resistance.
By addressing all 3 elements of the Triad of Health, you’ll leave with a comprehensive toolkit to deliver better results and keep patients coming back.
Who This Event is For
- Experienced chiropractors ready to refine their skills and take their practice to the next level.
- Practitioners frustrated by patients who drop out, don’t follow advice, or fail to see results.
- Chiropractors who want tailored, practical solutions to improve outcomes—not one-size-fits-all frameworks.
Seminar Outline
This isn’t your typical seminar where you sit in a room with 50 other attendees, scribbling notes while speakers lecture from the front. We’ve designed this weekend to be interactive, personal, and transformative—a hands-on experience where you’ll rotate through small-group workshops with each expert.
By keeping group sizes small (capped at 20 participants per workshop), you’ll have direct access to every presenter, allowing for deeper engagement, personalized feedback, and the chance to practice what you learn. You won’t just hear about the techniques—you’ll actively practice them and leave feeling confident and ready to implement these strategies in your clinic on Monday morning.

Workshop 1: Communication & Motivational Interviewing
Led by Chris Chippendale, this workshop will focus on helping patients say “yes” to your advice—not because you’ve convinced them with facts, but because you’ve tapped into their deepest personal motivations. This is about inspiring and empowering patients to take action, not pushing them into compliance.
You’ll learn how to use Motivational Interviewing techniques to elicit a patient’s underlying goals and “deep why” for seeking care. Instead of trying to educate patients into compliance (a strategy that often falls flat), you’ll appeal to their emotional brain—the part that makes decisions based on values, dreams, and desires.
Chris will show you how to:

Workshop 2: Nutrition & Metabolic Healing
Led by Simon Billings, this workshop will focus on identifying and addressing the metabolic barriers to recovery that may be preventing your patients from healing.
Simon will help you recognize the signs of patients whose systems are stuck in chronic inflammation, fight-or-flight mode, and poor recovery patterns. More importantly, you’ll learn specific, evidence-based protocols for dietary and supplement interventions that help patients reduce inflammation, feel the difference quickly, and hold their adjustments longer.
You’ll leave with practical skills to:

Workshop 3: Adjusting Techniques for Lasting Change
Led by Aidan Robinson, this workshop will focus on mastering adjusting techniques that create immediate and lasting results.
In small-group settings, you’ll practice delivering precise adjustments that free up joints in all three ranges of motion and provide tangible, measurable changes patients can feel instantly. You’ll also learn how to prove to patients what you’ve achieved in each session, building trust and confidence in your care.
You’ll walk away with techniques to:
BONUS: Live Q&A Panel

We’ll end the weekend with an interactive Q&A panel session, where you can put your questions and scenarios to all 3 speakers and benefit from our many decades of combined experience!
