Welcome to the Happy Patient Project! In the coming weeks and months, you’ll learn how to get better results for you and your patients.  I’ll show you how to really connect with your patients at a deeper level, and explain your care in simple, easy to understand terms that inspire confidence and enthusiasm from every patient.

But first, we need to make sure you’re in the best place to do that. These first couple of lessons will show you how to get the most out of this course, and ensure you’ve got a solid foundation to build your patient-centred skills on.
