How the Calibration Toolkit Works

The Calibration Toolkit is one of the additional resources I put together for members of my full Professional Resilience course. The course itself focuses on how to develop lasting confidence, emotional resilience, and a mindset that protects you against burnout – including overcoming impostor syndrome.

The toolkit includes multiple exercises, handouts, and audio tracks to help you build confidence and overcome nagging fears that are holding you back unnecessarily. You won’t need all of them, I deliberately included a variety so there’s something for everyone.
